Indianapolis, IN: February 7, 2014 – DJs United Conference proudly moves into its third year. 2014 will be in none other than the “Show Me” state of Missouri – St. Louis at the Crown Plaza, STL/Clayton, April 11-14, 2014. This year as with years past, will provide strong networking with over 15 DJ Coalitions representing 2000+ DJs from across the country, as well as major label executives, indie distributors, aggregators, social media companies, and professionals from across the industry. With additional panels we will incorporate specialty focus for DJs, Producers, Media, Models, and Video directors along with our normal music industry panels. We are also excited to include Nelly’s students from Extreme Institute that will be participating in our day part of the conference.
Just for Producers: DJs U has also created an alignment with ATL Beat Battle for a great Producers Beat Battle. The winner will be able to play their production in a private listening session with Ashanti as well as other prizes.
2014 has already seen E One recording artist Ashanti sign on to DJs United Conference as well as, Hue Hef (aka Huey), Murphy Lee, All for One, D. Woods, Jibbs and we are still two months out. Midwest Mixtapes, Hype Magazine, Tweny4Seven Magazine, AllHipHop.com, Sony/Red, Epic, Atlantic, Clout Agency Group, Jus Promotions and Atl Design King have also become a part of this year’s event. Past event attendees included: Shawnna, Huey, Ben One, Driicky Gram (DJs United helped take his single Snap Back and Tattoos – Gold Status-2012) and Rampage had all created and sustained relationships with DJs and even found additional opportunities for themselves and careers.
#DJSUnitedSTL2014 will honor a few of Missouri’s elite in the industry. Ron Spaulding – VP of Sales at Capitol Records and recording artists Tech 9 and Nelly. We will also have some of the industry’s top executives and companies represented on panels. And on Sunday DJs United will take to the streets of STL and provide an opportunity for locals and industry to mix at a concert in the park to be headlined by Ashanti.
